Oh no you never did give me permission .... I'm sorry, I though you understood I was asking permission after the fact.

I used it, and THEN asked permission

I did the reverse. That's why I said if you want me to take it down, I will. It's only on dA, I don't know if that matters or not.

If it's not okay, I'll take it down ... I don't want to offend you or upset your artistic copyright, etc.

So please just let me know as you have time

Yes, I understood you asked after doing your stuff.
And I think it's a real lack of respect for an artist and his art.

And it's not only a copyright mess!
I really don't understand why you only thought I would agree to let someone use my artworks! It's not only art, it's emotions I felt, my history, and hours of work! I didn't make it to see others use it.

I have a stock account in here, you can use it as far as you follow the rules. Not my art.

Well, as I said, that's why I asked. Every now and then someone does let me use their art in different ways without issue. It all depends on the person. I saw your piece and immediately got an inspiration, however you are the first person so far to tell me no and get offended.
